N EWYORK —Dec. 11, 2025 — Tanishq, one of India’s largest and best-known jewelry brands, has expanded its U.S. footprint with the opening of two new stores in Tysons, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida. The locations mark the brand’s eighth and ninth U.S. outlets and signal its accelerating growth strategy in North America. Both stores debuted with ribbon- cutting and diya-lighting ceremonies, live music and appearances by government officials and industry leaders. The Tysons showroom, a 5,500-square- foot space at 8065 Leesburg Pike in Tysons Corner, sits in the heart of a growing Indian and South Asian community that spans Virginia, Maryland andWashington, D.C. The store features a broad selection of Tanishq’s traditional and contemporary designs, including the Celeste Solitaires, Elan and Embrace collections. Vinay Mohan Kwatra, India’s ambas- sador to the United States, served as chief guest at the Tysons opening. Other dig- nitaries in attendance included Virginia state Sen. Kannan Srinivasan; Shuchita Sonalika, North America director for the Confederation of Indian Industry; Michael McCabe, resident director for Tata Group North America; and Arun Narayan, CEO of Tanishq’s jewelry division. “Tysons is one of the most dynamic retail destinations in the country, and opening here marks an important step in our U.S. journey,” said Amritpal Singh, business head for TCL North America Inc. “The DMV is home to a vibrant and cul- turally rich South Asian community, and we’re looking forward to becoming part of the region’s growing jewelry landscape.” In Orlando, Tanishq opened an 1,800-square-foot boutique inside the Florida Mall near the Primark entrance. The brand said it selected Orlando for its combination of rapid population growth, international tourism and a strong local South Asian community. The store features more than 5,000 pieces, including collections tailored for the Central Florida market. Offerings include the Heart Collection, Birthstones and the Paper Clip Collection, as well as the brand’s gold, diamond and gemstone jewelry. The launch event included cer- emonial lamp lighting and live music. In a break from tradition, all women guests present participated in the ribbon cutting. Senior Titan Company leadership, including Narayan, attended the Orlando opening. “Orlando offered an opportunity to introduce Tanishq to a global audience,” Singh said. “With its fast-growing popula- tion, thriving tourism and strong South Asian community, it’s an ideal market for our expansion. We’re excited to bring our craftsmanship and modern approach to Indian fine jewelry to Central Florida.” The two new stores continue Tanishq’s push to establish a wider presence in the United States as demand grows for South Asian jewelry and bridal designs across major metro markets.
